Hi, my name is Rajeev, but you can call me Raj for short, everyone does.

My parents are from India, but I was born here in the United States. Living in the U.S., my family still likes to celebrate Indian holidays like Diwali.

I love playing sports. I like field hockey and cricket, but my favorite is soccer. My and my friends Trey, Marisa, Amir and Lorenzo play in the park all the time.

I’m even on a soccer team that my dad coaches. I have a big trophy for winning in soccer! I also like playing carrom which is kind of like pool.

My favorite thing to eat is "naan" which is this type of Indian bread. My favorite is the kind with fruits and nuts and powdered sugar made by my Daadi -- that means "grandmother" to Indians.

I have a little sister named Asha. She’s three years old and kind of annoying. I mean, I guess I like her and all, but she always wants to hang out with me, and boy does she like to talk!

I don’t like to talk so much. I like to do stuff. My favorite thing to do is to pretend I’m on a safari deep in the jungles of India. Danny and I play adventure games all the time. In fact, I’m kind of late for my safari, so I guess I’ll see ya! Bye!
